Role Overview: As the Director of Engineering, you'll lead a dynamic team focused on municipal projects. Here's what you can expect:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Proven experience in municipal projects, including public infrastructure
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Passion for community impact and sustainable design
