I'm working with a Regional Security Integration Firm who are looking for someone to fill a design engineer position based out of Baltimore. They focus solely on security integration projects with the Army, Navy and Federal Government. They are currently rolling out a multi-million dollar federal project and would like to bring on an experienced CAD Drafter to work on this project. The successful applicant will be able to
Roles and responsibilities will look like
- Creating Drawings from the specification provided by the Pre-Sales team.
- Using both freehand and digital resources (AutoCAD 90% and Revit 10%) to generate drawings
- Revising plans to meet architectural requirements
- Problem Solving and troubleshooting, to fine tune plans generated
- Clearly communicating with other members of your team
- Experience integrating AMAG, Lenel, RS2, Bosch and Avigillon
Requirements:
- 5 Years Minimum experience
- Thorough understanding of AutoCAD (Revit, BIM, Bluebeam also preferred)
- Secret Clearance not necessary however an extensive background check will be carried out
- Experience in Integration of Electronic Security Systems (CCTV and Access Control)
