A global Water Pumps manufacturing MNC is looking for a Country Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager in Thailand and Philippines (one each). This mandate will oversee the sales operations and P&L for its respective country sales.
- Work closely with SEA regional team to achieve sales goal for local market (Thailand or Philippines respectively)
- Monitor and control the company's performance and financial status
- Map out marketing/sales plans and execute against a timeline
- Deliver product expertise and service in the market
- P&L responsible for all sales operations in the country
- Responsible for the training and development of team members' growth
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of CRM data and project list
- Periodic forecast monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Bachelor of Business, Engineering, or Science
- At least 8 years of pumps experience in water, utility or building services industry (other relevant industries can be considered).
- Experienced in sales and supply chain processes from production sourcing to delivery
- Strong technical understanding of pumps and basic engineering principles
- Proven track record in sales, market development and leadership
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities between distributors, partners, employees and suppliers
- Bilingual in both English and local language (Thai or Tagalog, depending on which country)
