A leading renewable energy company is currently seeking a motivated individual to bring onto their team as a Corporate Finance Associate. Founded over thirty years ago, this company currently operates over 5GW of capacity for more than 60 projects in renewable energy across the United States. This individual will work on small team for solar and wind projects but collaborate across other departments in daily responsibilities.
The Responsibilities for this position will include:
- Oversee debt facilities and update high profile initiatives for external parties and internal stakeholders.
- Treasury management in terms of cash payments, financing, and managing funds.
- Forecast the cash position at the corporate level short term and long term for the company.
- Further develop budgeting and forecasting tools.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 2-3+ years of experience in finance preferably in energy or financial services.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Certifications such as CPA or experience in renewable energy finance are also preferred, but not required.
- Attention to detail and problem solving.
