The successful candidate will ensure safety practices, adherence to design specifications, and efficient progress of construction activities. They will also serve as the primary liaison with local authorities, delegations, and equipment representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Assurance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all personnel on-site during construction and operation of the plant.
- Regulatory Compliance: Liaison with local authorities and delegations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and obtain necessary permits.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the construction of the hydrogen facility aligns with the approved design specifications and industry standards.
- Construction Planning: Develop detailed schedules, resource plans, and budgets in collaboration with the construction planning team.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities, identifying deviations from the schedule and implementing corrective measures.
- Budget Management: Track site budgets, forecast costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Financial Oversight: Confirm site invoices, approve site timesheets, and maintain accurate financial records for the project.
- Material Coordination: Coordinate and record the receipt of materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Engineering Support: Facilitate communication between the project team and relevant stakeholders to address engineering and design questions.
