They cover the below markets, and experience in these is highly desirable:
- Healthcare Construction - renovation and ground up
- Life Science Construction - interior renovation
- Education Construction - renovation and ground up
- Corporate interior renovation
- Hospitality interior renovation
- Government project renovation
The desired candidate will have over 10 years of carrying out renovation works in NYC and be able to commute to the five boroughs of NYC. Superintendents from a trade background will also be highly desired.
