-BS degree in Civil Engineering
-PE License in New Jersey &/ Pennsylvania
-Perform and manage technical engineering work associated with land or site development and/or water resources
-Stormwater management design, erosion & sediment control design; site grading
-Completion of various land development and land use permitting applications
