Salary: $110,000-$150,000

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager with a proven track record in overseeing bridge and highway construction projects. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering complex infrastructure projects that elevate the region's transportation network.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead all phases of project management, from conceptual development to project completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Directing scheduling, budgeting, and bidding.
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.

The Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience with DOT projects
- Strong background within all aspects of bridge construction
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, scheduling, and budgeting
- Professional Engineer (PE) license and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are advantageous.
