We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Building Science Principal Consultant to join our reputable client's team based in beautiful Toronto, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering solutions that promote sustainable building design and operation while meeting clients' needs.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience working as a consultant within the field of building science with demonstrated expertise across all technical areas.

Responsibilities Include:
As the new Building Science Principal Consultant on our team you can expect your responsibilities shall include but not limited too;
1 ) Lead/manage projects from inception through completion ensuring quality standards are met timely delivery schedules maintained and budgetary constraints adhered to;
2 ) Work collaboratively with other disciplines both internal/external consultants [Architects, Engineers], establish relationships, build rapport, develop credibility etc.;
3 ) Be responsible for overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously whilst maintaining profitability targets;
4 ) Provide mentorship/training/coaching opportunities when necessary.
