Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Structural Engineering
-Minimum of 4 years' experience managing bridge projects
-Knowledge of VDOT plans preparation criteria, road and bridge specifications/standards, and manual for structure & bridge division
-Experience load rating structures
Skills:
-Responsible for supporting project pursuits while also being a key member of a design team that delivers quality projects on time and on budget
-Oversee engineering designs
-Perform functions such as reviewing and writing reports
-Ability to train and mentor staff
