Position: BIM Manager
Location: New Jersey OR Philadelphia Office
Responsibilities:
- BIM Leadership: Spearhead BIM implementation across projects, ensuring the use of the latest technologies and methodologies.
- Collaboration: Foster collaboration between project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors through effective BIM coordination.
- Standards and Guidelines: Develop and enforce BIM standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in project delivery.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to enhance BIM skills and knowledge.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality control process to ensure BIM models meet the highest standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager on large-scale projects.
