The Job Role Requires:
- 10+ Years Experience as an Automation/Controls Engineer
- Technical Experience Across Multiple Industries, Pharmaceuticals Preferred
- Management Experience Comprising both Project and Team Leader Roles
- Technical Proficiency Across Multiple PLC, SCADA, HMI - Understanding of Delta V or Ignition Preferred
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee, Manage and Nurture a Team of 10 Engineers, with Scope to Build out Further
- Assist in Delegation of Projects and Management of Progress, with Development of Schedules and Target Setting
- Assist Sales Engineers in Winning Projects and Developing New Areas for Expansion
- Development and Support of Junior Engineers
- Step into a Technical Support Role on Larger Projects.
