Join Our Team as an Associate Vice President - Water/Wastewater in Ohio!
Our client, a rapidly growing A/E firm with over 500 employees throughout the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Northeast is seeking a dynamic Associate Vice President - Water/Wastewater to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding services in central and southern Ohio water/wastewater market and Kentucky.
Responsibilities: The role will incorporate all aspects of being a Department Director including Business Development, Operations and Project Management.
1) Business Development
* Develop strategies to increase public sector water business market share across central and southern Ohio.
* Identify potential clients & business opportunities.
* Assist/collaborate with Marketing Department on proposal writing/development.
2) Project Management
* Serve as Senior-level Project Manager or Peer Reviewer on key projects .
* Plan, schedule conduct/co-ordinate detailed phases of projects.
* Provide leadership, direction& technical guidance.
3)Liaison between departments
Lead proactive collaboration b/n Key BL Leaders ,Marketing Teams,& Operations Managers
Requirements:
The ideal applicant should have:
- B.S Civil Engineering /Environmental engineering related field.
- Registration Professional Engineer (OH),
- Minimum of 15 years working experience in the following; water resources, stormwater management, water quality and TMDL implementation, wastewater collection and pumping, wastewater treatment, water distribution and storage, booster pump stations, water treatment, and/or flood management and controls.
- Proven Experience In Sales Growth/Business development
