About the company:
Our client is an excellent civil engineering consultancy specialising in urban development, infrastructure, and water industry. They solve complex issues with clients, stakeholders, partners and contractors in the process of designing and managing projects. With an expansion in number of projects, they are bringing an Associate Director/Principal Civil Engineer on board their team to lead their Water and Land Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead diverse clients and projects as an effective manager and mentor, to nurture the water and land development team
* Manage projects and liaise with clients.
* Manage the team to satisfy and exceed client expectations to further develop and consolidate relationships.
* Working within the urban development, subdivision, stormwater, drainage, water mains, sewer mains projects.
We are looking for individuals:
* 12+ Years of experience within the civil engineering sector, with a background in water and urban development sector
* Chartered engineer (CPEng/RPEQ), accredited civil engineer verifying Sydney water assets.
* Has held managerial/leadership roles.
