A highly regarded multidisciplinary Architecture firm in Dallas is looking to bring on an Architectural Coordinator / Studio Coordinator to their team!
Position Overview: As our Studio Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Architectural studio. You'll be the go-to person for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication among team members. Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will be instrumental in maintaining the firm's high standards of efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the studio, including managing incoming inquiries and correspondence.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assisting with project coordination by organizing files, documents, and project-related materials.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Supporting the HR department with on-boarding new hires and organizing team-building activities.
- Collaborating with external vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Meeting minutes, contracts, scheduling
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or coordination roles, preferably in the architecture or design industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
