A respected, local, and innovative mid-sized architectural firm which is working on a diverse set projects is seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join and lead a newly developing team in Raleigh, NC! The ideal candidate will have a background executing project, managing design, and leading teams within Civic, Municipal, Public Safety, Education, or Commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine design concepts.
- Take a hands-on approach in project execution, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the construction phase.
- Lead client presentations and meetings to ensure all client goals and expectations can be communicated to project teams and met through delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
- Utilize Revit extensively to create and manage project documentation.
- Provide Revit support and guidance to team members.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Implement and uphold high-quality standards in design and documentation.
- Conduct quality reviews and address any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ideally 15-20+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Architectural Office Lead, or Design Leader
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Architect covering Municipal, State Government, Civic, Education, Faith, or Commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Registered Architect is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
