Key responsibilities of the Wind Project Development Manager include:
Developing greenfield or brownfield Wind projects
- Negotiation with local communities and authorities and fishermen unions
End-to-end project process management
Key requirements include:
Conducted project due diligence (site assessment, Wind Data collection and Analysis) for potential wind farm sites
Native level Japanese and Professional English
Experience acquiring permits, licenses and negotiation with relevant stakeholders
Experience dealing with international companies/EPC contacts
- Direct Wind experience preferred, other renewable developers with a keen interest in Offshore wind welcome
