Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Water/Wastewater Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a Professional Engineer (PE) license or be on the path to obtaining one. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and overseeing water and wastewater treatment facility projects, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage water and wastewater treatment projects from conception to completion.
- Perform engineering calculations, design layouts, and prepare technical specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or EIT with plans to obtain PE.
- Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
