Position Overview: As a Water/Wastewater Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing diverse and impactful projects within the Chicago area. This role offers a unique hybrid working arrangement, allowing you the flexibility to work from both our office and your home. You will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water/wastewater projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water/wastewater project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and on schedule.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred,
