**Job Description:**
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of multi-million-dollar water and wastewater treatment projects. This role involves managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage water and wastewater treatment projects, overseeing all phases from design to construction and final delivery.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and financials to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
**Qualifications:**
- At least 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within the water and wastewater construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
**Salary:**
- Competitive salary range of $120k-$150k, based on experience.
