Job Description:
We are seeking a Water Resources Civil Engineer with 7-15 years of experience to join our team in Indianapolis. This role involves managing and designing water-related infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage water resources projects from design to construction.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies.
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
- Design stormwater management, flood control, and water quality projects.
- Prepare engineering reports and plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and staff.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Participate in business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 7-15 years of experience in water resources engineering.
- Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM).
- Strong project management and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
