- Minimum of 12+ years relevant civil engineering experience, 15+ years preferred
- Demonstrated Project Management experience on multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects including management of subconsultants
- Grow and guide mid- to junior-level staff
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in planning, design, and construction for all sizes of water and wastewater utility conveyance, storage, and site development projects
- Develop new relationships to expand our client base and strengthen relationships through a commitment to quality and service
- Participate in the development of identifying and winning opportunities by working directly with clients, marketers, business developers, and delivery teams
-Gather information, develop and evaluate alternatives, and prepare engineering reports
