Roles and Responsibilities:

As the Water/Wastewater Department Head, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing my clients Water/Wastewater team to deliver exceptional engineering solutions and consulting services. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leadership: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to a team of engineers and professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.
2. Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to budgets, and timely completion.

4. Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in water and wastewater engineering to contribute to project design, review, and optimization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• Proven leadership experience, including team management and project oversight.
• Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater engineering principles, regulations, and design standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
