As a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Indiana, you will have a chance to be a leader in improving the water/wastewater infrastructure across our state. Leading other team members, you'll support municipal water/wastewater project delivery and client services. During your time with us, you will perform studies, designs, and construction phase engineering services for a variety of community's water supply and permitting and water and wastewater treatment systems, storage and conveyance systems, lift stations, and civil design projects. You will also work to establish and maintain strong client relationships by communicating with clients on technical design topics and by positive interaction with them during the project proposal and execution stages. You will be responsible for evaluating potential new projects and clients managing proposals and projects and growing a strong water wastewater team in Indiana. Here's What You'll Need:
* Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline
* A minimum of 15 years' experience in municipal water/wastewater projects
* Strong understanding of municipal water/wastewater permitting and system and civil design
* Strong project management experience for engineering study and design projects
* Strong experience for construction and bid documents development
* Good understanding of Professional Engineering Agreements for public clients
Ideally, you'll also have:
* At least 15 years' progressive project design and technical experience in civil design and municipal water and wastewater projects across the state from large municipalities to small villages.
* Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure
* Experience with municipal water/wastewater projects
