Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water engineering.
- Proven experience with lead service line replacement projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
