Senior Engineer - Water/Wastewater Treatment Projects

We are seeking an experienced engineer with over 15 years of expertise in the water/wastewater industry, particularly with a strong focus on water and wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will not only have a deep technical background but also enjoy business development, actively pursuing and winning new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water and wastewater treatment projects from inception through completion.
- Actively engage in business development, building relationships with potential clients and securing new contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and support project team growth.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in the water/wastewater industry, particularly with treatment projects.
- Proven track record in business development and securing new contracts.
- Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
