Our client is looking for a senior-level candidate to join their St. Louis office, where you'll provide strategic direction, project leadership, and commercial oversight for the construction management team responsible for high-voltage transmission and substation projects.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Bring over 15 years of combined experience in engineering, project management, procurement, and construction of high voltage (230kV+) transmission and substation projects
- Are well-versed in IEEE, NESC, ASCE, and OSHA standards and regulations
- Have prior field experience and have managed personnel at various levels within an organization (preferred)
- Excel in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Are adept at multitasking and managing multiple assignments within tight deadlines
- Have strong project and process management abilities
- Demonstrate solid decision-making skills
- Are willing to travel occasionally
