My client are seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead our construction division and ensure the successful execution of all projects in their Healthcare Division.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within budget delivery
* Lead and manage a team of project managers, superintendents, and other construction professionals
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control
* Develop and implement company-wide construction processes and procedures
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
* Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
* Strong understanding of construction industry practices, processes, and procedures
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
