We are looking for talented superintendents with experience in tilt-wall buildings and warehouses to join the leading name in the field of light industrial construction. Our client is a well-established firm over 80 years old with large, complex projects all across the states, and is looking for highly motivated traveling superintendents to help lead them.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain control of the total construction project with the project manager, and ensure project is completed within the allotted time budget in an efficient manner
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate with them to ensure they complete their work within the project schedule
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines in all phases and areas of the project
- Assist in the preparation of job progress reports
- Review and approve all requisitions, orders, and invoices
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry as a superintendent
- Extensive experience working on warehouses and distribution centers
- Candidates MUST be open to nationwide travel
- Experience working with Procore
- Current, valid driver's license
