We are currently working with a national engineering firm who are looking to continue the growth of their highway design group in Miami, FL with the addition of a transportation engineer.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience
- Strong background in highway design & Florida, PE
- FDOT project experience
- Experience developing, negotiating, and managing scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Ability to mentor a team
- Strong Business development and marketing background
Responsibilities:
- Serve as project manager
- Supervise, lead, and mentor mid-level and Junior staff
- Create new business opportunities with potential clients, and partner with firms to support and lead business development activities
