An award winning transportation engineering firm with over 100 years in the business is looking to expand their team in their Iowa office. They are looking for someone who is a team player, eager to work on new exciting projects, and promote to larger roles within the firm.
Education and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in one of the following: Transportation Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or Bridge and Structures Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Professional engineer license in Iowa or the ability to obtain with 12 months
- Experience serving as a Project Manger and point of contact for clients
- Experience with Iowa Department of Transportation projects
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Iowa DOT on a variety of different projects
- Be able to scope, schedule, budget and oversee quality of the overall project
- Lead project teams, and develop business relationships with clients
