- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in transmission planning, power systems engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in power system analysis software (e.g., PSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory) and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for data analysis.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of transmission system operation, capacity expansion methodologies, and grid integration of renewable energy sources.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to transmission planning and operations.
