Position: Traffic Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage traffic engineering projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee traffic studies, design, and implementation of traffic management plans.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct traffic impact analyses, including data collection, modeling, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal traffic regulations and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff and project team members.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in traffic project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Skills: Proficiency in traffic engineering software (e.g., SYNCHRO, VISSIM, or similar), strong project management skills, and a solid understanding of traffic engineering principles and practices.
- Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and project teams.
