we are working with an exciting and leading specialised A/E firm with a global presence who is looking to expand their team in Florida with experienced professionals in the growing threshold inspection market.
An ideal candidate would be someone who has experience performing structural inspections on concrete steel and masonry in buildings, working with engineers to any issues that come up, assisting staff and managers with identification of any potential risks and analysing with mitigation, remediation, and design concepts.
Having a clear knowledge of construction and post tension within commercial buildings, the ideal candidate will be able to work independently and produce quality work.
Requirements:
- Prior Threshold Inspector experience a must
- Two years of post-tension experience
- Five years construction and or engineering experience
- Valid Driver's license required.
- State of Florida Standard Building Inspector (BN) License is required
