My client is looking to fill a need for a Superintendent role on a permanent basis in Philadelphia.
They are well established in the construction sector and are a market leading Philadelphia developer, specializing in Multi-Family and Commercial projects. With projects in their pipeline for the next 5 years.
They pride themselves on doing everything from design all the way to ground up completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Managing assistant superintendents within the team
-Oversee monthly job review meetings
-Managing relationships with the design team, clients, trade partners, and inspectors
-Assisting in maintaining all inspections, logs and quality control procedures
-Recognize when RFI and change events are needed and work with the team to execute and distribute.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Construction as a minimum requirement (If you have less you can still apply and will be considered)
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management Degree/Or Similar field)
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
