My client is looking to fill a need for an exclusive Superintendent role on a permanent basis..
They are well established in the construction sector and are a leading US contractor, specializing in multiple sectors including Multifamily, Commercial and Government projects.
The company also offer project completion bonuses.
The position will be based in Philadelphia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Managing assistant superintendents within the team
-Oversee monthly job review meetings
-Managing relationships with the design team, clients, trade partners, and inspectors
-Assisting in maintaining all inspections, logs and quality control procedures
-Recognize when RFI and change events are needed and work with the team to execute and distribute.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Construction
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management Degree/Or Similar field) or relevant experience in a similar job role
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
