We are looking for a traveling superintendent to join a nationally recognized mid-size general contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Our client has a history of delivering quality over quantity, with over 90% of its work coming from repeat business with its current clients, and retains a tight-knit family feel where everyone is more than just a number.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including coordinating with subcontractors
- Ensure site safety and compliance with all safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and other staff to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of project
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and tackle any issues that arise
Qualifications:
- 7+ years construction experience
- Experience handling commercial and/or industrial projects worth $10m+ required
- Positive, innovative attitude with ability to work within a team
- High school diploma or higher
- Computer literate, with experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, or other construction-related software
- Ability to travel nationwide to projects is a must
