We are partnering with a rapidly growing Independent Power Producer (IPP) with strong financial backing and a strong project pipeline. They are a leaner team looking to continue to grow into next year. They are seeking a Senior Accountant to report directly into their Controller. This role offers significant opportunities for career advancement for those who are driven and motivated.
This individual will be responsible for financial data, handling journal entries, reconciling accounts, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and supporting monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting. Also, involved in internal controls and accounting for various aspects of the firm.
They are ideally looking for someone who has a background in:
- 3-5 years of experience in public accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in renewable energy with an IPP or Developer
- CPA and/or Master's in accounting
