Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Site Manager to oversee the construction and operation of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in Japanese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of solar power sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar project management.
- Fluent in Japanese (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards.
