Job Summary: As an EPC Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end development of solar power projects. Your expertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth delivery of our solar initiatives in Vietnam and Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies and site assessments to determine the viability of solar projects in Vietnam and Indonesia.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design efficient and cost-effective solar energy systems that meet local regulations and customer requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of solar projects, ensuring adherence to approved timelines and budgets.
- Manage project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure that all construction and installation activities comply with relevant safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and address any non-compliance or safety concerns.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status, key milestones, and any deviations from the plan.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and support to achieve project objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an EPC Project Manager, preferably with a focus on solar energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) technology, project development, and construction processes.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Vietnam and Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
