They are currently looking for a Software Applications Engineer to handle both the customer "help line" as well as becoming a Subject Matter Expert in their Products. Although, this position is very technical in nature and a background in Technical Software Development and Troubleshooting is incredibly beneficial!

Software Application Engineer - eMobility Primary Responsibilities:
- Obtain a strong understanding of the Energy Management on-premise software
- Act as the primary point of contact for your customers and act as the escalation point for project issues from pre-sales product support to commissioning and ultimately operation
- Create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stake holders and correspond with all parties effectively
- In some cases, the Energy Management Software will make up one piece of a broader eMobility or Micro Grid Solution, which will require this person to work cross functionally with the rest of the commercial and technical team
- Assist the customer with size and commissioning of the offer
- From time to time, the Software Application Engineer will need to provide full installation and commissioning services
- Provide continuous feedback to the marketing and sales team on customer complaint's and potential new features
Software Application Engineer - eMobility, Additional Responsibilities:
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on this product and on-premise software
- For any issues that are flagged by the Customer Care Center Team to provide direct customer assistance
- If a bug is identified, reproduce and test the issue in a lab environment and correspond with the development team to drive a solution
- The scope of this role will also include:
- embedded software devices (EV chargers)
- Edge Controllers (on-prem load management software or Micro-grid Platforms)
- Cloud Back-end
- Mobile Apps
Software Applications Engineer - eMobility, Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience managing projects in a related industries such as:
- eMobility
- Software
- Micro-Grids
- Electrical Distribution
- Industrial Automation
- BS Degree in a STEM discipline
- Capacity to influence and debug IT/OT solutions
- relevant technical domains: LV Distribution
- Solar
- Micro-Grids
- eMobility and OCPP protocol
- Ethernet and IPV6 architectures
- Cyber Security and fire walls
