LVI is working with a Texas-based firm that has been rated the "best firm to work for". This small leading consultancy firm is looking for a Team Lead within the site development team. This individual will take over a team of 10+ engineers, where you will be heading up the site group, managing the team, and providing training and mentorship as well as some business development work.
This firm works on a variety of land development projects from single-family housing, 7-stage subdivision, townhouses, and commercial and industrial development. They roughly have around 1+ years' worth of backlog.
Requirements:
- PE License in TX
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Land Development
- Experience in Business Development
- Able to lead a team
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- Based in Fort Worth or willing to relocate
