Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water/wastewater treatment projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee the preparation of engineering reports, designs, and specifications.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
- PE License required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, EPANET, WaterCAD/StormCAD, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and environmental impact assessments.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
