An extremely well respected mid-sized firm is looking to add a Highway/Roadway Project Manager to its team! This firm has grown its revenue by 30 percent since 2019, offers multiple employee bonuses a year, and boasts an impressive 2+ year backlog!
Skills and Qualifications:
- BSCE or BSCET degree with a minimum of 5 years of progressive design experience in all aspects of transportation design including roadway, traffic management, signing, pavement markings and utilities; or equivalent level of experience
- PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Advanced knowledge of and experience in roadway and transportation management design
- Advance knowledge of and experience with Microstation, Geopack, Corridor Modeling and Open Roads
- Knowledge of NCDOT design standards and practices and experience in project development workflow
- Strong engineering analysis and judgment
- Experience in managing and organizing multiple tasks and related disciplines
- Ability to train support staff
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- NCDOT design experience
- Survey experience and data management
