Serve as project manager and/or structural discipline lead, responsible for preparing and managing project schedules, plans, budgets, and deliverables.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions, including cost estimates and scope of work that meet their requirements.
Conduct field engineering and structural inspections.
Guide designers in creating comprehensive structural design packages, including calculations, models, detailed design documents, specifications, installation details, and connection details.
Perform analytical modeling of new and existing structures and components.
Conduct engineering feasibility studies and develop total installed cost estimates.
Ensure project deliverables meet project requirements, client specifications, and industry technical and quality standards.
Stay updated on emerging trends in technologies and standards related to structural engineering and design in the process industry.
Collaborate with other engineers, designers, technicians, project managers, and disciplines to ensure successful project execution.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, fabricators, and field personnel.
Review vendor drawings, calculations, and submittals as required by project scope.
Represent the organization to clients and partners, facilitating collaboration with other engineering disciplines, suppliers, and field personnel.
Identify new business opportunities and help expand service offerings.

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey, with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states.
8-10 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in heavy industrial environments.
Proven experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and foundation design, along with knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
Proficiency with structural analysis software such as STAAD, RISA, SkyCiv, etc.
Strong foundation in engineering principles with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
