A global and leading Water Treatment Instrument/Product MNC is looking for a Senior Sales Manager in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate should be experienced in product/project sales in municipal water treatment and Building Services in Hong Kong.
Product: Water Treatment Instrument and Equipment
Coverage: Hong Kong and Macau
Contribution: Individual Contribution
Report line: Commercial Manager/Director
Responsibilities:
- Manage direct sales accounts and monitor closely on customer's needs.
- Strengthen distribution channels/uncovered areas in Hong Kong/Macau by providing strong channel/partnerships and sales management.
- Work closely with the Application Team to analyze and evaluate business performance in selected product areas to improve efficiency and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Project Team and Operations team to ensure orders/projects execution on schedule.
- Participate in marketing initiatives/sales promotions, exhibitions and trade shows to maximize brand awareness and grow customer base.
- Responsible for undertaking sales/technical customer visits in accordance with the sales plan.
- Prepare sales orders, reports and paperwork to satisfy branch and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years (Sales Manager)/ 12 years (Senior Sales Manager) of sales experience in water treatment products for municipal water or building services sector in Hong Kong
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical, or any relevant disciplines
- Understanding of water technology and application . Knowledge in smart water is a plus.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Sales presentation, training and coaching skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Driving license preferred
