This client is looking to expand their established Land Development team, where they are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Team Leader based in Coppell, TX. This opportunity will require you to have a strong project management background, client interaction, and business development skills, be able to manage, lead, and train a team, and be a part of the executive team.
Requirements:
- E License in Texas
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- 10+ Years of experience in Land Development - commercial or residential.
- Business Development / Client Interaction skills
- Project Management Experience
- Able to lead, manage, and train your team.
- Based in Coppell, TX
