Role Overview
This opportunity would allow you manage clients, perform site inspections, write reports, and design solutions. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to assist with day to day operations and help in expanding their presence in the Midwest.
Requirements
- Genuine passion of solving architectural restoration challenges
- IIBEC accreditation required (RRO/RRC/RWC/REWO/REWC/RBEC).
- Licensed Architect in the State of Illinois preferred
- Develop scope of services and prepare proposals
- Analyze, research, and investigate data
- You must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering/Civil Engineering/Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years of building enclosures consulting experience.
Job Duties
- Minimum 10 years of experience designing, assessing, investigating and managing building envelope and roofing projects
- Must be able to commute for site visits
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Possess a strong desire for results and a sense of urgency in completing tasks
