Responsibilities:
We are seeking someone who has expertise in the overseeing of writing reports, conducting investigations as well as providing repair recommendations. As one part of our growing organization's service line team - this person will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant information regarding properties under investigation is collected accurately before making final decisions about repairs or replacements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Technical Writing Proficiency - You should be able to tackle complex concepts and translate them into simple language suitable enough even non-experts can understand without difficulty.
- Professional Knowledge Of At Least One Major Building System Gained Through Work Experience- This means having hands-on experience working directly with at least one major system found inside buildings such as HVACs plumbing/ repair and restoration.
