They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Industrial Wastewater team and deliver water and wastewater projects to Industrial clients in the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, and Consumer Goods markets. You are able to lead multidiscipline teams and viewed as a valued problem solver, contributing to the technical delivery of the projects, while keeping abreast of industry trends and client priorities.
They deliver projects ranging from engineering studies to complete designs culminating in the construction of wastewater treatment systems, executed through a variety of contracting mechanisms including Design/Build. You will be comfortable navigating a variety of project types and approaches, while becoming a trusted partner to their clients, and playing a key role in expanding their growing business.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Use processes and tools to effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budget related to a variety of projects, including multi-disciplinary engineering projects and design build efforts.
- Communicate frequently and effectively with clients, potential clients, owners and regulators.
- Support Business Development efforts through the preparation of proposals, participation in project interviews, and support of marketing activities and initiatives.
- Execute projects utilizing in-house engineering & administration staff and solicit and secure subcontracts where required to deliver the work.
- Negotiate agreements with clients, vendors, and subcontractors as required to manage risk and achieve project goals.
- Mentor staff and provide technical direction, including senior technical review, as required to support the project.
